Beginner: pick the correct sentence by listening
Each of the exercises below contains audio clips for 2 different sentences in spoken Spanish. The sentences sound very similar, but only one of them actually makes sense. Choose the correct sentence using just your ears.
Intermediate: fill in the blanks by listening
Listen to the following dialogue between Merly and Andrea, who speak with different accents, and fill in the blanks with the correct words in the transcript below. Feel free to pause and rewind if you need some time to write the answers down or hear it again. Make sure to write the full word even if the pronunciation is a bit abbreviated (i.e. if you hear "pa'", write "para").
